Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure all aspects of your services are received. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services. To ensure your preferred appointment time it is recommended you schedule you next service prior to leaving the salon. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule appointments, a 24 hour advance notice is required. A 48 hour advance notice is required for any service lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Checks, Visa, and MasterCard. There will be a $35.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of our guests. Discrete envelopes are provided upon check out. |
